How to create an account

1. Go to /auth/sign-up.
2. Enter your name, email, and password.
3. Submit the form.
4. Confirm your email when prompted.

Password requirements

Use a strong password that includes:

• upper and lowercase letters
• numbers
• symbols
• at least 12 characters recommended

If confirmation email does not arrive

1. Check spam/junk/promotions folders.
2. Wait up to 5 minutes.
3. Retry from sign-in page using resend confirmation.
4. Make sure your email address was entered correctly.

If still missing, contact support and include the exact signup time.

Can I sign up with Google?

If Google sign-in is enabled, you can use it from sign-in/sign-up screen.
