Purchases and Refund Requests

What happens after checkout, how to access receipts, and how to request help on charges.

After checkout

  • your purchase appears in My Purchases
  • downloadable items are attached to the purchase record

Charge questions

If you see an unexpected charge, provide:

  • transaction timestamp
  • charge amount and currency
  • account email
  • last 4 digits (if applicable)

Refunds

Refund handling depends on platform policy and item type. Contact support with purchase ID.
