After checkout
- your purchase appears in
My Purchases - downloadable items are attached to the purchase record
Charge questions
If you see an unexpected charge, provide:
- transaction timestamp
- charge amount and currency
- account email
- last 4 digits (if applicable)
Refunds
Refund handling depends on platform policy and item type. Contact support with purchase ID.
